I know us mommies are always looking for a way to boost our supply naturally. I came across this recipe and changed it a little to meet my needs.
I used Plant Fusion Protein Powder because it is dairy/soy/gluten free and also used almond milk. I recently got some flax milk that I will be trying with this smoothie.
It is seriously so yummy and made me feel like I had more milk the next day. Could have just been in my head…but hey, it’s healthy and yummy, so what does it hurt to try?!
